The Yemeni Ambassador to Oman, Dr. Khaled Bin Shoteif, met with the Head of the Cultural Cooperation Department at the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Al-Riyami, to discuss bilateral relations and enhance cooperation in cultural and higher education sectors.
The ambassador praised Oman's decision to increase scholarships and university seats for international students, including Yemenis, in government and private universities.
He also appreciated the exemptions from tuition fees granted to Yemeni students residing in Oman, allowing them to study alongside Omani students.
