President al-Alim Calls for Wide-Ranging National Alignment to Restore State Institutions, Eliminate Coup
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. At the same time, he asserted that it is high time to put an end of the suffering which created by the terrorist Houthi militias.

Defense Minister discusses with UK delegation supporting Yemeni Coast Guard

Minister of Defense General Lieutenant Mohsen al-Da'iry discussed Thursday with UK Military Delegation situations of Coast Guard in Yemen.

Al-Da'iry discussed with the UK Delegation headed by Marine Security Advisor in the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Riyadh Peter Divis the most important issues associated with nature and tasks of marine forces and coast guard, as well as Yemeni ports and the most important applied security measures and procedures.

The minister talked about security situations and significance of supporting Yemeni Coast Guard and supplying them with capabilities and modern technology to protect the international maritime navigation and securing trade ships.

He reviewed danger threatening the international waterway in Bab al-Mandab by Houthi terrorist militia.

For their part, the UK delegation confirmed work with international partners to support Yemeni marine forces and coast guard and improve their technical and military capabilities to enable them carry out the task of protecting international and regional waters.
