Vice Foreign Minister, Mustafa Noman, met with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Aden, Mohammad Abu Hasia, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the Yemeni government and the ICRC.
The meeting focused on enhancing the humanitarian activities implemented by the ICRC in various governorates, particularly in healthcare, water provision, protection programs, and food assistance for affected populations. Noman emphasized the government's commitment to facilitating the ICRC's work and overcoming challenges to implement its programs.
He praised the ICRC's critical humanitarian role in Yemen, especially given by its work in the face of Yemen's dire humanitarian situation.
