The Speaker of Parliament Sultan al-Barakani along with the Deputy Speakers Mohammed al-Shadadi and Mohsen BaSorrah held talks today, Monday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Ambassador of the European Union ( EU) to the Republic countries Gabriel Vinals, the Ambassador of the Netherlands Jennette Seppen , the French Ambassador Katherine Corm Kammoun and the Acting- German Ambassador Janina Kopfmüller.
The talks covered a range of topical issues including the bilateral relations between Yemen and the EU's countries, the political, economic and security developments in Yemen and the needed interventions by the EU's countries to alleviate the Yemeni people's suffering created by the terrorist Houthi militias.
The conversations also touched on the shortages of the public services, namely electricity in the city of Aden and water in the city of Taiz.
The European Ambassadors confirmed their countries' continuous support for the internationally recognized government and its reforms programs in the government-held governorates.
