The Bulgarian Tourist Union (BTU) will organize a hike for hundreds of mountain lovers, starting from the Ivan Vazov National Theatre to Mt. Cherni Vrah, to celebrate 130 years of organized tourism in Bulgaria.
The Austrian Central Bank expects the local economy to record a slight growth in GDP of 0.3 percent for the current year 2025, thus avoiding entering a third year of recession, following stronger than expected economic performance in the first half of the year.
Parliament headship discusses topical issues in the country

The Parliament leadership held session today, Saturday, chaired by the Speaker Sultan al-Barakani.
The session intended to discuss the developments in the national arena including the economic situations, peoples' living conditions and the measures have been taken by the High Economic Council, endorsed by the government.
The Parliament headship decided to transmit a letter to the government about this issue given that these measures did not take into account the hardships the citizens are struggling with, nor ensure the required alternatives for the government's employees and military personnel.
It also urged to make oil derivatives prices the same all over the country.
The Parliament headship reviewed the financial situations of the state, stressing the importance of depositing all public revenues into the state's general treasury to ensure regular salary pay of the civil service employees, military and pensioners.
