Yemeni-South Korean bilateral cooperation discussed

Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Mansour Bagash met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of South Korea to the Republic of Yemen Taeyeol Kwak.

They discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The conversations touched upon the latest developments in Yemen including the UN-led efforts aiming to stop the war and establish peace.

Bagash stated that the Yemeni legitimate government is very keen to reach a comprehensive political settlement. He voiced gratitude to the South Korea's stance in support of the Yemeni legitimate government and the peace efforts in Yemen.

The South Korean diplomat reiterated his country's support for Yemen, its unity, security and stability as well as the ongoing
efforts to establish peace, security and stability in Yemen.
