GCC officials condemn Houthi hindrance of humanitarian aidto Yemen

Members of the GCC's Relief and Humanitarian Aid Coordination Office for Yemen have condemned the systematic Houthi of hindrance of humanitarian aid in Yemen.

In its 28th meeting held in Riyadh on Wednesday, the Coordination Office officials said the rebel militiamen are involved in hindering the humanitarian aid in all parts of Yemen especially in the port city of Hodeidah.

The officials wished that the peace talks held between the Yemeni government and the rebels in Sweden recently will lead to ending these Houthi violations.

The officials renewed the commitment of the GCC states to continue offering humanitarian aid to all parts of Yemen, out of their interest in supporting the Yemeni people on all levels.
