Vice President (Lt G) Ali Mohssen Saleh conducted Saturday a phone call to governor of Al-Mahara, Rajeh Sa'eed Bakrait.
In his telephone conversation (Lt Gen) Mohssen aimed to know about the damages caused by Mackano cyclone.
The governor briefed the Vice President on the consequences of the natural disaster and the efforts have been made by local authority to help peoples whose houses and property were damaged or suffered.
