His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on his country Independence Day.

President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the members of the PLC and Yemeni government sincere congratulations to the President Zardari, Pakistani government and people.

Al-Alimi wished President Zaradi good health and happiness, more progress and prosperity for the Pakistani government and people, further development of the Yemeni-Pakistani relations in different fields.
