Minister of Planning, OCHA discuss humanitarian situation issues

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Waed Badhib discussed with the Director of OCHA's Operations and Advocacy Division Edem Wosornu a number of important issues related to the humanitarian situation in Yemen, and the violations committed by the terrorist Houthi militia and their obstruction of operations and activities in the humanitarian field in areas under the militia's control.
Minister Badhib referred the issue of Houthi detention and kidnapping of employees of international and local organizations, stressing the role of the United Nations in protecting its employees and putting pressure on the militias to release them and ensure their safety.
