The governor of Shabwah and officials from the national Masila Petroleum Exploration and Production Company (PetroMasila) discussed on Tuesday preliminary measures to kick start crude production from a block within the basin of the eastern Yemeni province.
PetroMasila had received a presidential assignment to operate block SI in the district of Osaylan in Shabwah.
