KSrelief Begins Drilling of Three New Wells to Expand Water Access in Taiz
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center inaugurated a new water project in Taiz Governorate on Saturday involving the construction of three deep groundwater wells, as part of ongoing efforts to secure a lasting supply of safe drinking water for the city’s population. The project is being carried out by Human Access with financial support from the center.

The Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Governor of Hadramout governorate Salem al-Khanbashi underscored the importance of authorizing local authorities in the governorates broader powers in order to be capable to do their jobs effectively and contribute toward promoting the principle of administrative decentralization and bringing decision-making closer to the needs of the local community.
