Aden governor confers with Director of the UN Envoy's Office over basic services in the governorate

Minister of State, Aden Governor Ahmed Lamlas met today, Thursday, with the Director of the Office of the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General to Yemen Edward Jackson.

The session intended to discuss several topics relating to the situations in the governorate and the pressing needs of basic services.

The conversations also touched upon the international efforts aiming to reach a political settlement that can ensure fair solution to all unresolved issues, sustainable and comprehensive peace.

The governor expressed appreciation for the great efforts have been made by the UN's envoy Hans Grundberg in order to end the war, make peace in Yemen.

Lamals confirmed the local authority's support to the regional and international efforts to reach a political settlement in the country.
