Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani met with WFP Director of the Global Partner Countries Division with Abdallah Al Wardat.
The meeting focused on discussing the latest developments in WFP's activities in Yemen, particularly in light of the increasing challenges posed by funding gaps and the ongoing escalation by Houthi militia.
Dr. Zindani emphasized the Yemeni government's commitment to enhancing cooperation with WFP, praising the organization's humanitarian role in alleviating the suffering of the people.
