Marib deputy governor says Houthis pressing ahead with crimes against IDPs

The deputy governor of Yemen's eastern province of Marib said the Houthi militia are "pressing ahead with committing crimes against IDPs and civilians" there.
In a meeting with teams from from the World Food Program and the International Committee of the Red Cross over the emergency response to the IDPs' needs, Abd-Rabbu Miftah said that the terrorist militia surrounding the province continue "to ceaselessly shell IDPs camps in the province to deepen the humanitarian crisis by re-displacing hundreds of families from IDPs camps and double the burden on the government."
The militia has stepped up its bombardment of IDPs camps in the northern and western peripheries of the provincial capital as it wages offensive outside the province in a bid to advance. Escapees from the Houthi militia's crackdown constitute most of the three million people of Marib and 60% of the overall number of IDPs in Yemen.
