Ambassador Mustafa, European officials discuss latest developments in Yemen

Yemen's Ambassador to Belgium Mohammad Mustafah discussed Thursday with Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department Ambassador Peter Hegbert latest developments in Yemen and Houthi terrorist attack targeted the government at Aden International Airport.

Mustafa expressed Yemen's appreciation to Belgium's position denouncing Houthi terrorist attack, confirming the government's determination of finalizing its duties in the transitional capital of Aden.

He pointed out to US decision of labeling Houthi militia as terrorist organization, confirming that this decision will help pressuring the militia to respond to peace.

He also confirmed that the government is fully committed to hand over international assistances to all Yemeni areas.

In similar context, Mustafa discussed with Director of al-Jazeera and Iraq and Regional Policies Department at European Foreign Work Bureau Gabriel Monira latest developments in Yemen and repercussions of Houthi militia's terrorist attack on Aden Airport.

The Belgium and the European officials confirmed their strong denouncement to the terrorist attack, which targeted the government while arriving at Aden Airport.

They also confirmed continuation support to UN-sponsored peace efforts for realizing permanent peace in Yemen.
