The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the Swiss organization Medair signed a principal agreement here on Thursday.
The agreement provides for the humanitarian organization to open an office in the temporary capital Aden and provide their services in the field of healthcare.
The agreement was signed by Deputy Planning Minister Nazar Basoheib and Medair representative Matias Breuwer.
