President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent a cable of condolences to his Iraqi counterpart Barham Salih on the loss of dozens of lives as a ferry sank in Iraq's Mosul city.
Hadi expressed heartfelt sympathy for the Iraqi President and the relatives of drown people in this tragic event.
