Minister of Planning praises WB approval to provide $140 million for social insurance

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr Najeeb Al-Aweg praised the World Bank (WB) decision to keep on offering a grant totaling $140 to fund two additional quarters of financial payments to the peoples enlisted in the social care payrolls in Yemen.
Al-Aweg told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the grant aims to support approximately one and half million of the beneficiaries in all provinces. The donation is intended to help improving living conditions of the most vulnerable categories of the population.
