Yemeni-Pakistani bilateral relations discussed

ISLAMABAD- SABA
Yemen's Ambassador to Islam Abad Mohammed Al-Ashbi met Monday with General Director of Middle East Affairs in the Pakistani Foreign Ministry Rakhsana Afdhal.

Aspects of bilateral ties and cooperation between Yemen and Pakistan were discussed.

The latest developments about the situations in Yemen in light of Houthi putschist militia's atrocities and violations against the civilians were also touched uopon.

Al-Ashbi cited the terrorist attacks targeted Al-Thawrah Hospital and Fish market in Hodeidah as the most recent violation by the rebellious militia. He noted that the terrorist incident was intended to hold Arab Coalition accountable prior International Security Council's consultations.

The Ambassador explained the perilous menace that Houthi militia existence in the west coast poses to maritime navigation by targeting ships and spreading marine mines.

The Pakistani official reiterated her country's support for Yemen and its legitimate government, security and stability.
