The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh was briefed on the situations of the Socotra Archipelagos province.

Governor of Socotra Ramzi Muhroos detailed (Lt Gen) Mohssen as he met him Tuesday here about underway efforts have been made by local authority to improve basic services and manage the consequences of the Mekunu cyclone the Archipelagos was subjected to recently.

The Vice President commended significant efforts have been made by local authority, highly appreciating relief aids and developmental support provided by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates and other GCC's member states to the population of Socotra.
