Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh chaired a high-profile joint meeting Tuesday in the city of Marib.
The meeting brought together Command of the government's troops and Command of the Arab Coalition's forces in the province of Marib.
The adviser of the Command-in-Chief, (Lt Gen) Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi—Acting of Minister of Defense—the two governors of Marib Maj. General Sultan Al-Arrada and Al-Jawf, Maj. General Ameen Al-Akaimi were in attendance.
The latest developments about military advancements and ongoing battles against the Iran-backed Houthi militia were discussed.
The Vice President was briefed by the military commanders about the developments in the battlefields.
The two governors also reported about the situations in the two provinces and the coordination with the military units.
