The Ministry of Transport and the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology (GACAM) in the temporary capital Aden blamed the Houthi terrorist militias for preventing a Yemenia Airlines plane from landing at al-Mokha International Airport in Taiz governorate, describing this action as serious escalation aimed at hindering efforts to revitalize air navigation and facilitate citizens travel.

The Republic of Yemen had strongly denounced the coward terrorist attack, which targeted civilians at a trade store southern France and killed and injured a number of civilians.

"While the government of Yemen strongly condemns this criminal act targeted the friendly Republic of France, it confirms its full solidarity with the government and the people of France over this aggression," said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a release issued on Friday.

We are fully aware that the blackmailing policy practiced by terrorist entities against the international community will not go unpunished and must followed by drying up sources of extremism and terrorism, the release went on.

The ministry expressed heartfelt condolences to the government and people of France and families of the victims and hoped quick recovery for the wounded.
