The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Minister Jabwani inspects al-Wadi'a border outlets

Minister of Transport Saleh al-Jawbwani inspected on Monday the ongoing work at al-Wadi'a Border outlets to Saudi Arabia and movements of travellers and goods through it, as as well as inspecting a number of service establishments in the outlet.

Al-Jabwani was briefed by Director of the Outlet Mutlaq al-Sai'ari and his Deputy Ahmad al-Junaidi on the services provided by the outlet and necessary requirements for improving its services for providing better services to travellers and easing goods' transporting.

Al-Jabwani confirmed the significance of the outlet as the sole ground outlet currently between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, praising efforts of its managements for improving services.

He stressed on integrating all efforts for providing improved services to travellers and transporting goods, confirming government's keenness on improving the establishments of the outlet to provide better services.

Al-Jabwani called on businessmen to contribute in updating the outlet and build hotels and tourist services in the area for serving travellers from Yemen to Saudi Arabia and vice versa.
