Crude oil prices fell in early Asian trading today, Tuesday, as investors' expectations of demand growth eased due to ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China.
Yemen participates in Arab Institute for Planning in Kuwait

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr Nizar Ba-Sohaib participated in the meeting of Arab Institute for Planning which held in the State of Kuwait.
The meeting devoted to discuss training scholarships for government's cadres, studies and researches the Institute intends to conduct for Yemen, in addition to domestic training.
Discussions also touched upon the contributions made by the Institute in different fields and what can be provide to Yemen to help improving development in Yemen in 2018.
Dr Ba-Sohaib described Yemen's participation in the Institute's sessions in Kuwait as useful, because it provided a chance to discuss several issues which are important for Yemen at present and to benefit from grants and training scholarships.
