Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security
The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. The two parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of maritime security, pollution control and enhancing the Authority’s technical capacities.

Government's delegation inspects damages in Taiz

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service and Insurances AbdulazizJubari and the government delegation visited on Monday buildings of traffic department, criminal investigations and passports, which were damaged b Houthi-Saleh militia's war on Taiz.

Destroying these buildings is a good example of Houthi-Saleh's approach and of their coup on the state and democracy, said Jubari.

Visiting the the National Anti-Mines Committee and inspecting their efforts of demining thousands of of mines planted by the militias across Taiz, he confirmed keenness of the government on re-constructing the destroyed buildings and regaining the state's institutions in the city.

He praised efforts of the anti-mines committee for their great efforts despite limited capabilities, saying the militias resorted to mines after beaten repeatedly by the national army and people resistance in the city.
