The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Mostafa Noaman conferred today, Tuesday, with the Somali Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ali Omar over bilateral relations, developments in both countries as well as regional developments in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea area.
The conversations held on the sidelines of the nineteenth ministerial meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement in the Ugandan capital, Kampala.
