The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance has declared an official holiday for all government employees in both central and local authorities to commemorate the 63rd anniversary of the September 26 Revolution.
According to a ministry circular, Friday, September 26, 2025, will be a public holiday, and since it falls on a regular weekend day, Sunday, September 28, 2025, will be observed as a substitute holiday instead.
Government offices will resume normal working hours on Monday, September 29, 2025.
