ADEN-SABA
PetroMasila Company announced the successful completion of the final phase of its strategic project to expand the power transmission and distribution network in Aden.
The project, which included constructing substations in Al-Haswa, Al-Mansoura, and Khormaksar, has enhanced energy efficiency, reduced blackouts, and supported economic development by providing reliable power to local communities.
According to PetroMasila, the expansion replaced outdated 33kV circuits with modern 132kV systems, increasing power capacity and reducing technical losses.
The company credited Yemen's Prime Minister with facilitating project completion and thanked local authorities for their support throughout the endeavor.
