Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent Wednesday congratulation cable to his brother Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti on the occasion of his country's independence.
President al-Alimi expressed his best wishes on his behalf and on behalf of Members of the Presidential Leadership Council, hoping continued health to President Guelleh and progress and prosperity to the people and the government of Djibouti.
He praised brotherly positions of Djibouti towards the Yemeni people and their political leadership in alleviating humanitarian suffering over terrorist Houthi militia's triggered war.
