RIYADH-SABA
Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ahmad BinMubarak discussed Monday with Egyptian Ambassador to Yemen Ahmad Farouq mutual relations between the two countries and means of enhancing and improving them.
The two parties discussed regional and international issues of common concern.
During the meeting, Minister BinMubarak pointed out to situations in the Red Sea and security, economic and geopolitical repercussions on the region in general over Houthi militia's piracy.
He pointed out that Houthi terrorist militia's attempts of declaring help to the Palestinian people is just a failure attempt to cover its crimes and violations against Yemeni people and an implementation to Iranian suspected agenda in the region.
He confirmed that the status of the Palestinian issue and its core is more than a defense claim by a terrorist militia, which carried out different types of tyranny and torture against the Yemeni people.
For his part, the Egyptian diplomat pointed out to preparations have been made to hold the meeting of the Strategic Dialogue Committee between the two countries.
He reconfirmed country's firm position supporting the internationally-recognized government and exerted efforts to realize security and stability across the Yemeni soil.
