Yemen participates in meeting of experts in charge of reviewing Arab Human Rights Strategy

Yemen participated in the meeting of the Arab Governmental Experts team in charge of reviewing the Arab Strategy for Human Rights, which concluded today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
Yemen's delegation was headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Rights for the Partnership and International Cooperation Sector Nabil Abdel Hafeez.
The meeting, which lasted for three days, discussed the executive principles of the Arab Human Rights Strategy adopted by the Arab League in 2019 and subjected to review once every five years.
The Arab Strategy for Human Rights amending the Permanent Arab Human Rights Committee is scheduled to be presented in its regular session (53), which will be held in Doha from 18-20 of this month.
