The National Commission of Inquiry Into Alleged Human Rights Abuses announced today that it had documented 2,955 violation incidents that occurred in various governorates during the past year 2023 AD, which violations affected 5,152 persons.
The commission said in a press release that it documented the killing and wounding of (882) civilians, including (268) men, (15) women, and (46) children... noting that the landmines left (358) victims, including (18) women and (79) Children, (931) cases of arbitrary arrest and enforced disappearance, (161) cases of child soldier recruitments, and (60) cases of extrajudicial killings recorded during the humanitarian truce.
