Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi issued Tuesday the Decision No. (155) of 2023 appointing 40 judges in the Supreme Court.
The Second Article of the Decision stipulates that the decision is valid since the date of its issuance and must be published in the State Gazette.
