The UK has welcomed Saudi Government's efforts to Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council and creating a mechanism for speeding up implementation of Riyadh Agreement.
" Riyadh Agreement is considered a prime step within efforts for reaching to sustainable and peaceful solution in Yemen and represents significant progress in this regard," said UK Secretary of State for Foreign Office and Commonwealth Dominic Raab issued Thursday.
He called upon all concerned parties to proceed with activating dialogue and provide more concessions for ending Yemen's crisis.
On the other hand, Egypt praised efforts of Saudi Arabia and its keenness on implementing Riyadh Agreement and initiative of making a mechanism for speeding up implementation of the agreement signed between the government and the transitional council.
The mechanism made by Saudi Arabia included key elements for ceasefire and halting escalation, supporting political solution, activating state's institutions and realizing security and stability in Yemen," said Egyptian Foreign Ministry in a release on Thursday.
The release welcomed good reaction by the government and the transitional council to overcome challenges and making Yemeni people's interest above all other interests.
