Minister of Local Administration, the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee Abdul raqeeb Fatah has confirmed government's keenness on supporting all efforts of the local authorities in provinces for activating performance of the executive offices to provide their service to citizens.

Presiding over a meeting for the ministry's directors on Thursday, he highlighted doubling efforts of governors and strict directors and double efforts for providing services to the citizens.

He pointed to supporting Riyadh Agreement by local authorities and exerting efforts for implementing it as a roadmap for solving many obstacles and problems.

Fatah studied a number of reports on revenues and referring them to state budget for making use of them in implementing service projects.

He also studied reports on cleaning funds and fees on the service, confirming improving performance of cleaning funds and working seriously on improving environment, directing governors to follow up and sponsor performance of funds' managements across the country.

He pointed out that the Supreme Relieve Committee is currently working with donors and international organizations for supporting cleaning projects and programs, especially in Aden, Lahj, Taiz and western coast.

He authorized his deputies and ministry's directors to coordinate with local authorities in Taiz, Hodeida and western coast for exerting efforts for eradicating endemics, erupted recently there and reporting to the ministry for following up.
