Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik ordered for all possible measures to be taken as dengue fever is seeing resurging in Yemen's central city of Taiz.
In a meeting with Taiz governor Nabeel Shamsan here today, Abdulmalik ordered better environmental control, especially city cleanliness measures, to stem the tide of the epidemic that is responsible for killing people continuously.
A seasonal spike in the mosquito borne disease has been reported with more cases occurring in 2019, than in previous years.
