The Spokesperson of the Saudi- led Coalition ColonelTurki al-Maliki has said that Saudi Arabia has worked with brethren for protecting Yemen's security and stability and protecting it against Iran-backed Houthi militia's tyranny.
"The relation between Saudi Arabia and Yemen is historical stems from religion, blood, relations in law, brethren and neighborhood," added al-Maliki in a press conference held here on the sidelines of holding Gulf, Arab and Islamic summits.
He pointed out that current readings and regional and international scenes prove links between regimes practicing and supporting terrorism and terrorist groups and militias as well, especially in the Middle East.
He pointed out that the military operations have taken care with humanitarian situation and a cell called "Humanitarian Evacuation and Operational Cell" has been established to take care of Yemeni nationals since 2018.
On the other hand, Director of Strategic Communication and Information at Saudi Program for Developing and Constructing Yemen Abdullah binKadsa reviewed the program's objectives and efforts for reconstructing and improving Yemeni infrastructure damaged by the war and rehabilitation in industrial, agricultural, telecommunication, transport, health and educational fields, in addition to creating work opportunities via quick development projects and other long run projects across Yemen.
He added that the Saudi program works on monitoring population's needs across Yemeni provinces and districts.
