Yemen's Ambassador to the United States Ahmad Awadh bin Mubarak has confirmed significance of the three peace references in Yemen and stressed depending on them seriously and sincerely for reaching to the permanent and just political solution.

"Realizing peace is possible and attainable if anyone plays his role," he said in the symposium held here on Thursday on reaching political solution to Yemen's conflict.

"There is legal government, which is calling for peace and has been seeking it since the beginning of the war imposed by the coup against it, there are the sponsoring countries and the international community and there is Houthi militia, which must abandon weapon and change into a political faction accepting co-existence with other Yemeni components," he added.

In the symposium attended by officials from US officials, research institutions and a number of diplomats here, bin Mubarak reviewed developments associated with Stockholm agreement, which Houthi militia has sought to fail it for prolonging the war and for continuing looting the state's capabilities.

He pointed out that Houthi militia started plotting against Stockholm since the first minute through the comic play of handing over the port of Hodeida and then targeting the head of the UN mission.

He touched upon practices of Houthi militia of seizing humanitarian assistances and selling them in black markets for supplying its war against the Yemeni people.
