Minster of Information Moa'mer Al-Iryani blamed international organizations and human rights groups for their passivity toward brutalities and hideous crimes committed by Houthi militias, particularly atrocities against detainees in the coup authorities jails.

He noted that Ahmed Al-Wahashi was detained in Houthi militias' detentions in Sana'a and subjected to brutal torture caused his death. To conceal signs of torture, the militias held back his corpse several days until it got rotten, then they handed it to his family.

Al-Iryani described this crime and other offenses committed by the rebellious militiamen as a blot of shame on the world conscience that forget about Yemeni abductees and detainees, dozens of them were killed under brutal torture in the coup authorities' detentions, including journalists, activists, politicians and bloggers. Many of them were killed just for a 'like' reads " No for Houthi Militias" he posted through social media networks .

Al-Iryani suggested that the humankind has continued to turn blind eye on the Yemenis catastrophe which has be exacerbated everyday in the regions controlled by militias. He criticized international organizations that repeatedly promised to pay field visits to inspect detainees conditions but they haven't made any effort on the ground yet.

The minister called on the international community, UN envoy to Yemen, Human Rights Council and everybody interested in human rights to reconsider their stances and have pity on the detainees, abductees and their beloved ones of wives, children's and mothers. " Dozens like Al-Wahashi, their lives are at risk" unless their ordeal is dealt with seriously, Al-Irayni warned.
