RIYADH-SABA
Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubair has reaffirmed support of the Kingdom to Yemeni people and continuous efforts for reconstruction so as Yemeni people will live in peace and be able to commence development.
Saudi Arabia is decisively dealing with challenges of protecting the security and stability of the region, said al-Jubair in a speech he delivered in a meeting for the Arab Coalition's Foreign Ministers and Chief of Staffs, held here on Sunday.
He stressed that the solution of Yemen's crisis should be in accordance with the UN Security Council's Resolution 2216, the Gulf Initiative and outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference.
These militias (Houthi-Saleh's militias) would not have continue practices without support from the greatest terror sponsor in the world, "Iranian Regime," which planed to change Yemen's face, he said.
He adding Iran smuggles weapons to Houthi and Saleh in a stark violation to international resolutions, foils all efforts for solution in Yemen and failed all political talks between the government and these militias.
"When we talk about Yemen and our Coalition for supporting legality, we should remember Houthi –Saleh rebel militia's war on the security of this country and abducting it, their crimes against brother Yemeni people and attacks of these militia on the security of Yemen's neighbors, especially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and their continuous threat to regional security," said al-Jubair.
He added that these practices "abducted the will of the people and imposed a military choice after lasting violations and non-stop attacks."
"We are before militia, which violated childhood and created poverty, hunger and disease."
Saudi Foreign Minister pointed out that the rebel militias deprived more than 4.5 million children from education and recruited more than 1000 child as soldiers, shelled cities and civilians, destroyed houses and planted landmines leaving severe human losses.
The rebel militia looted tons of aid arrived Hodeida Port and attacked more than 65 ship, 124 food convoys and more than 600 trucks loaded with aid, said al-Jubair.
He confirmed that the Coalition is increasingly insisting on rescuing Yemen and routing out sources of evil and terrorism.
