TUNIS – SABA

The General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers has strongly condemned the continued hostile actions by the Houthi militia against Saudi Arabia, including recent attempts to target Makkah, Riyadh and the western region with ballistic missiles and drones, which were intercepted and destroyed by Saudi air defence forces.

In a statement issued in Tunis, the Secretariat described these attacks as violations of the sanctity of holy sites and provocations to Muslims worldwide, stressing the need to hold those responsible accountable.

It also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken to protect its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
