al-Subaihi has emphasized the necessity of doubling efforts to provide services to citizens in Abyan Governorate.

He addressed issues that affect citizens' daily lives and reinforcing the foundations of security and stability in the governorate.

During his meeting today at Ma’ashiq Palace with Abyan Governor Dr. Mukhtar al-Rubash, Lt. Gen. al-Subaihi highlighted the importance of giving greater attention to security aspects, enhancing the performance of security agencies, and raising their level of readiness to enable them to carry out their duties in maintaining security and stability, combating crime and protecting public tranquility.

The meeting also discussed the latest developments in the security and development situation, the level of services provided to citizens across the governorate’s districts, the challenges facing local authorities in both security and service sectors, and the efforts being made to address them, contributing to improving basic services and alleviating citizens’ suffering.

The Presidential Leadership Council member stressed the importance of strengthening coordination among various military and security agencies and the local authority, in a way that unifies efforts and ensures an effective response to the current phase’s requirements.

For his part, the Governor of Abyan reviewed the efforts of the local authority in the security, service, and development sectors, as well as the challenges it faces.

He affirmed the commitment to improving service levels and meeting citizens’ needs within available resources, praising the support and attention of Presidential Leadership Council member Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Salem al-Subaihi toward Abyan’s conditions, and efforts to enhance security, stability, and development in the governorate.
