Prime Minister, Salem Saleh bin Breik, met with South Korean Ambassador to Yemen, Do Bong-Kae, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in various fields, including politics, economics, and development.

The Prime Minister expressed Yemen's commitment to building on the strong partnership between the two nations, which dates back to 1985.

Bin Breik and Ambassador Kai also discussed ongoing preparations for a visit by a delegation of Korean companies to Aden to explore potential projects in the electricity sector.

The Prime Minister highlighted the government's priorities, including economic recovery and reform, and sought Korea's support in these areas.

The Ambassador reaffirmed Korea's full support for Yemen and its people, both bilaterally and through its non-permanent membership in the UN Security Council.
