VP praises Baihan's military command, local resistance

Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh applauded heroic battles fought by government's troops and local resistance fighters in Baihan's military axis, highly praising the siginificant victories they gained against Iran-backed Houthi militia.

(Lt Gen) Mohssen's statement came as he met Monday with Commander of Baihan Military Axis, commander of 26 Infantry Brigage, Maj. General Mafareh Bahaibeh, commanders of military units and local resistance.

General Bahaibeh and other commanders reported to the Vice President about the military situations on the ground and the military advancements have been gained by the government's troops backed by Saudi-led Arab Coalition.

(Lt Gen) Mohssen ordered more preparedness and efforts to carry out military tasks and put an end of the Yemeni people's suffering.

The Vice President appreciated significant support by Saudi-led Arab Coalition for supporting the legitimate government and countering Iran's subversive scheme.

(Lt Gen) Mohssen stated that the legitimate leadership headed by President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has been very keen to achieve peace that is based on the three terms of reference.
