The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Yemen approved on Thursday a set of measures and directives aimed at improving institutional performance and reinforcing financial and monetary stability, concluding its sixth session of the year in the temporary capital, Aden, chaired by Central Bank Governor and Board Chairman Ahmed Ahmed Ghaleb.

Socotra Governor launches training course on social integration

Governor of Socotra Archipelago Ramzi Mahrous launched on Saturday the training course on social participation in supporting the Social Fund for Development held here.

The training course comes in the framework of social participation and training village councils and social integration.

The governor highlighted the role of the fund for holding such courses for training locals on integration.

Lasting from April 14 to May 10, the course aims at enabling male and female youth and training village councils on making social plans.

It also aims at encouraging societies on self-initiatives and social ones and analyzing the situation of the targeted areas for reporting on their needs.
