President values Russian support to Yemen in different forums

President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Wednesday Russian Special Envoy to the Middle East and the Deputy Foreign Minister Michael Boghadnov and discussed with them developments in the region and Yemen's situation.

President valued Russian positions supporting Yemen ion different international forums and support to the constitutional legality and for the political transfer based on the three regional and national references led by the UN Resolution 2216.

President Hadi reviewed latest developments in Yemen and recent incidents in Sana'a between the two parties of coup resulting in killing former President Ali Abdullah Saleh as price for his last position of denouncing Houthi crimes.

"Yemen is experiencing a difficult transfer requires support of the international community for facing the coup and its tools and foreign agenda in Yemen and in the region," said president.

He confirmed doubling efforts and boosting cooperation for achieving aims and aspirations of Yemeni people for security, peace and stability.

For his part, the Russian official expressed pleasure of this meeting, which comes in the framework of consultation and exchanging views and constructive ideas for regaining Yemen's security and stability, renewing supportive position of Russia to Yemen and its legality.

The meeting dealt with a number of issues and topics of common concern.
