The Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani confirmed that the government is moving forward with a comprehensive reform program to rebuild state institutions based on efficiency, integrity, and the rule of law.
"We're going to end the imbalances and violations that weakened the performance of State institutions in earlier years", he said, adding " The government has started a new phase termed institutional building, so a high-rank committee for institutional reform has already been created ".
Dr. Zindani made his comment during his inspection visit today, Sunday, to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the temporary capital., Aden.
The Prime Minister directed the Ministry to prepare a comprehensive national social policy that responds to economic and social changes, as well as to speed up the necessary legislative reforms to modernize the Ministry's work system.
