Minister of Electricity Meets with Dutch Ambassador

The Minister of Electricity and Energy Eng. Adnan al-Kaf discussed today, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Yemen Jennette Seppen the bilateral cooperation in the electricity sector.

The conversations also covered the challenges and the mechanisms to support the electricity sector, including securing crude oil supplies, strengthening institutional and technical capacities and improving the efficiency of national staff through specialized training programs.

The two sides stressed the importance of benefiting from support programs and initiatives offered by the Dutch side to help developing electricity generate stations and improving electricity services.
