President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, arrived in Doha today to participate in the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit, alongside Council member Sultan Al-Arada.
The summit aims to discuss the Israeli attack on Doha and formulate a unified stance against violations of international law and regional sovereignty.
In a statement, President al-Alimi expressed hope that the summit would yield collective decisions to deter Israeli aggression and support Palestine's right to an independent state.
He also condemned the Israeli attack on Doha as a breach of Qatari sovereignty and international law, affirming Yemen's solidarity with Qatar.
